About Kylie
American born Kylie Lyman Dermody grew up in West Hartford, Vermont USA and started her competitive life at Hitching Post Farm in South Royalton, Vermont. She went on to work for US Olympian Robert Costello for several years before setting out on her own to train for the Nichols’ family Tom White Hill Farm. Kylie has produced horses through the 1.40m level in show jumping but her true passion is eventing where she has produced horses through the CCI**** level, including Boyd Martins 2014 WEG hopeful Trading Aces. In 2011 Kylie won the Fair Hill CCI*** with Trading Aces, winning the USEF 6/7 Year Old Championships where barn mate Garrison Flash finished 3rd in the 6/7 year olds, and 9th overall. Also in 2011 Kylie was named to the USEF Developing Riders’ List with both horses and participated in team training sessions under Capt. Mark Phillips and Lauren Hough.
