Trail Ride at Brandy Station Battlefield

On Saturday, June 8, 2024, Culpeper Battlefield Tours, LLC, and other partners will commemorate the 161st Anniversary of the Battle of Brandy Station with a FREE Self-Guided Trail Ride from 9 AM - 3 PM. Equestrians can bring their own horses to enjoy miles of trails with optional stops at historic sites. Riders must sign up in advance. Waiver and negative Coggins required with entry. This event is supported by the Virginia Horse Industry Board and the Virginia Horse Council.

-You must upload your signed waiver + horse's coggins to STRIDER registration.

The trail ride is FREE, but donations are welcome to support the preservation of Brandy Station Battlefield. Riders must sign up in advance. No day-of entries allowed.

Administrative Information
Ride Time: Riders can access the trails starting at 9 AM and guides will be on site until 3 PM.
Trailer Direction: The Brandy Station Battlefield trail head is opposite the end of the Culpeper County Regional Airport Runway. From Route 29, go east on Beverly Ford Rd past the airport, which will be on your right. The trail head is opposite the eastern end of the runway. There is a parking circle on your left and you will see the "Brandy Station Battlefield" sign.
