3.) Your Horse’s Documents
•A USEF Horse Vaccination Record dated within 6 months of the show date.
•A Negative Coggins dated within one year of the show date.
The horse's name + Year of Birth on your entry form must be the same as on the Coggins report and USEF / USDF documentation.
4.) Stabling Request
Include the dates/add the proper amount. If you are NOT STABLING, you must select the Grounds Fee with entry.

• $35.00 Processing Fee per entry.
• $23.00 USEF Federation Fee per entry. (Includes $15 for Drugs and Medication Fee and $8 Federation fee)

TIP Awards: The Jockey Club Thoroughbred Incentive Program (T.I.P.) is offering high score ribbons for
Thoroughbreds. Eligible horses must provide T.I.P. numbers to the show secretary with entry. For more
information, visit www.tjctip.com. All classes count except Equitation, Materiale, Freestyle, Intro, YH tests, and
Opportunity.

On-line entries can be accessed through www.striderpro.com. Individuals utilizing the online entry
system for this competition do so with the agreement that they have read the official prize list and agree to
follow all the class specifications, requirements, and conditions in the official prize list.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
▪️ Signed 2024 entry form (from riders, owner, trainers and, if applicable, coach) and rider's emergency contact
▪️ Signed USEF waivers (from people included above and any others associated with the horse, e.g. groom or others.)
▪️Proof of current USEF/USDF memberships and horse registrations/IDs and memberships for all above (available at
eqverification.org)
▪️Proof of rhino/flu vaccines within 6 months of show date
▪️If coming from out of state, veterinarian’s Health Certificate dated within 30 days of show date
▪️ Current negative Coggins valid through the last day of the show. Date used is date blood was drawn
▪️Fees, paid in full
▪️ Any qualifying tests (e.g. for Freestyles)
▪️USEF membership and Safe Sport Training for adults with USEF membership, including parents signing as trainers.

Administrative Information
Ride Time: Tentative ride times and stabling will be available online at www.windyhollowhunt.org, and the Facebook
page for Windy Hollow Hunt on the Wednesday night prior to the show. Ride times can also be accessed through horseshowoffice.com. Official Ride Times will be posted at the showgrounds by noon the previous day.
Trailer Direction: From NW I-84 (NY & PA): Take Milford Exit, Rt. 6 east to Rt. 209 wouth. Cross bridge to NJ at Milford.
Take Rt. 206 south ten miles to Plains Rd on left (follow signs). From NE (NY & CT): Take I-84 west to Exit
3W/Middletown (before overpass)/Rt. 6. Turn left at light and follow Rt. 6 to Slate Hill/Rt. 284 (left turn), then south
through towns of Westtown & Unionville to Sussex. Turn right at light onto Rt. 23; immediate left to light and straight
onto Rt.639 (past airport) to Rt. 565. Watch for signs to fairgrounds (about 5 miles). Second sign (Linn Smith Rd) better
for trailers. Turn left at end and fairgrounds are ½ mile on left. For further information check https://www.newjerseystatefair.org.
