Do you want to know more about building soft contact, suppleness, and encouraging your horse to move through its topline? Do you need learning strategies for avoiding painful conditions such as kissing spine?

Come and learn from Visconte Simon Cocozza, author of Core Conditioning for Horses and a researcher on the principle of equine biomechanics, as he presents a lecture specific to equine movements and exercises that can help to build suppleness, topline, and pain-free movements. Simon is typically based out of France and England, so this is a unique learning opportunity.

Saturday, 7/15 with lessons to individually apply Simon's teaching to horses and riders. Simon will cover specific topics such as exercises for young horses, developing performance horses, and how to help address rehab from back pain/ kissing spine or other similar issues.
Lessons will start at 9 am and run through the day.

Both Semi-private lessons and private lessons are available.

Auditor ticket options for both events on 7/14 and 7/15. Overnight stabling is available on a limited basis.

About Simon:
After a lovely childhood in Rome, Italy, Simon was educated in England. The family's passion for horses inspired him to study for the British Horse Society's BHSAI, followed by the Instructor training of the Advanced National Certificate in Equine Business Management at Warwickshire College of Equine Studies. This led to many years as a commercial trainer contracted to London’s biggest Equestrian centres.

After returning to mainland Europe, Simon was lucky enough to study with some wonderful mentors and became driven to overcome the limits set by the industry on our horses and to discover the unifying principles behind Greek, Roman, and Renaissance Schools to find ways of helping each and every horse be as healthy, happy and useful as s/he can be.

From his stable in Normandy, France, Simon became the first non-French national to earn the Brevet Professionnel and become a Trainer and Examiner for the La Fédération Française d'Equitation (FFE) and now coaches bio-mechanically sound training techniques internationally.
