Ride iQ Virtual Clinic with Jon Holling - 5/25/24 @ 11am ET

Organizer: Ride iQ ** team@ride-iq.com

Join Jon Holling for a VIRTUAL clinic on Saturday May 25th from 11am-12p ET! This is a flatwork session suitable for beginner novice to training level pairs (pairs comfortable with W/T/C, transitions between and within gaits, and basic lateral work).

👉 Here's how it works:

Jon will send a lesson plan ahead of the clinic so you know what to expect from the ride. This plan will take into account information you share about you and your horse upon registration. The pre-clinic email will also include the goal of the ride, a preview of exercises you can expect, tips to make the most of the ride, and your link to join the session.

Jon's instruction will be real-time audio - he'll even be riding along with you and the other participants while he instructs! Plan to listen to the session through headphones or your speakerphone while you ride (more on that below!). Jon will not be able to see you, but he'll be familiar with all the pairs participating and will provide pair-specific guidance and encouragement during the session.

👉 Day-of Game Plan:

You should hack your horse for at least 15 minutes prior to the clinic start time. Then, click your session link and join riders all over the country and the world for this live ride! Starting at 11am ET, Jon will be with you in your ear to provide instruction and insights for every step of your ride.

After the ride, you'll have the opportunity to ask questions and interact with Jon and the other participants via a live chat feed. This is an incredible opportunity to ride with Jon and other riders around the world!

👉 What will you need for the audio session?

It's up to you to decide how you'll be most comfortable listening to the instruction. Many riders choose to carry their phone in a fanny pack, running belt, or coat pocket and listen along using headphones like airpods or Shokz. Any headphones will work, just take them for a test ride before the clinic if riding with headphones is new to you.

You can also choose to listen to the audio out loud on your phone speaker or through an arena speaker. If you have any questions about equipment or how to listen to instruction, don't hesitate to reach out to us!
