June 2020 Jumper Schooling Rounds at Beverly Equestrian

Beverly Equestrian is happy to bring back the 2020 Jumper Schooling Rounds Series. Due to COVID and for the June schooling rounds, we will following all local and state guidance related to the COVID-19 health crisis. The driving force for all involved will be the health and safety of all competitors, volunteers, and staff. Please check back for updates as this is a fluid situation and things may change.

1. Registration

All must be online through STRIDER or via email to our show secretary: loralyn_first@yahoo.com. There will be NO paperwork at the show secretary desk. Please electronically sign BOTH the Beverly Waiver and the Covid Questionnaire and Waiver. You can find and download these PDFs in the "Organizer Notes" section below. When you are ready to register, please upload BOTH waviers AND your negative coggins by clicking the +Upload green button.

All payments must be electronic (Zelle, Venmo, CC on STRIDER). Once again, if you have any issues, please email loralyn_first@yahoo.com. The show secretary will be set up in the courtyard to hand you bridle numbers only.

2. Trailer/Parking

All parking in the paddock should maintain safe distancing.

3. Warm Up

Only one groom/trainer per rider. If the rider is a minor, one parent may also be present. No guests who are not parents or a groom/trainer. Masks required at all times unless mounted. Warm Up Jumps: Please use gloves when adjusting the warm up jumps and wipe down what you touch.

4. In-Gate: Only two horses at the in-gate at one time.

5. Competing

Please stay at your trailer if you are waiting for your level. Announcements about classes will be made over the loudspeaker. Only come for your class, do not stay afterwards.
We update our FB and IG with class times throughout the day.
We plan to stick to a published schedule with definite windows.
If you are watching the ring, you must be distanced and cannot congregate in groups greater than 2. We will keep track of placings and have prizes available for pick up at a later date.

6. Facility Access: We will have sanitation stations set up. The barn will be closed and there will be no bathrooms available.

All courses are inviting with show quality fences on all-weather footing. Warm up is also on all weather footing. These schooling shows are held in a low key atmosphere, supportive environment, with amazing prizes, and are lots of fun.

We encourage riders of all levels to come out!

Summer Schooling Jumper Rounds at Beverly (ALL DATES ARE TENTATIVE PENDING COVID-19):

Courses will be set outside weather permitting or in our 100 x 200’ indoor with dust free footing, lights and heaters. There is an indoor viewing area and covered veranda off of the indoor.

Ride as many rounds/levels as you want at $30 per round.

There is a ticketed warm up from 8-9am at $35 per horse and the first class starts at 9am.

We are timely and keep the show moving. Updates to the schedule will be posted throughout the day on Beverly's facebook page and website. Times are very tentative.

Payment in full required. No refunds unless your spot can be filled from the waitlist, and then, subject to a $15 office fee. Changes in dates or times is also subject to a $15 office fee.

Administrative Information

  • Trailer Direction: The entrance to the farm is from Zulla Road, at approximately 3515 Zulla Road. After turning onto Beverly Lane, follow the drive to the right through the stone pillars. After passing through the stone pillars, turn right to go through the double gate to trailer parking in the paddock. There is a short 5 minute walk from the trailer parking to the indoor and outdoor arenas. Please note that there is no entrance from Milestone.
