The Whole Equestrian Clinic
Our mission is to promote health and happiness through our love of horses. We do this on our podcast by discussing topics related to our four pillars of mindset, fitness, nutrition, and community. We are bringing these four pillars to life throughout the clinic with yoga and riding lessons with Emily and group discussions/activities, and one-on-one sports psychology with Tyler. We will be sharing actionable advice for in and out of the saddle that you can start applying right away. Our goal is to give you the tips and tools you need to become a well-rounded and "whole" equestrian to bring your vision of success with your horse to life.
ROUGH SCHEDULE (dependent on final number of entries)
8-9 am Welcome and Emily leads slow flow yoga (no previous experience needed)
9-noon Break off into groups (no more than 4) Emily teaches jump lessons and Tyler leads discussions & activities on mental toughness
12-1 pm Lunch
1-5 pm Emily teaches jump lessons and Tyler leads individual sports psychology sessions
2 Day Clinic (Mounted & Unmounted)

- Ride Time: The schedule and ride times will be emailed to participants by Saturday, November 12.
