Northern Virginia Working Equitation (NOVAWE) is pleased to invite you to our Working Equitation Schooling Show at Frying Pan Park, in Herndon VA.
Because Strider uses Greenwich Time to open its events, this event will actually open at 7 pm on 3/28/22.

Divisions Offered:
Level 1 - Intro: Dressage and EOH
Level 2 - Novice A: Dressage, EOH, and Speed
Level 3 - Novice B: Dressage, EOH, and Speed
NOVICE RIDERS!!! PLEASE STATE IF YOU WANT TO COMPETE AT NOVICE A OR NOVICE B in the NOTE TO ORGANIZER BOX!
Complete details are found in the Prize List. Please download and read. Each entry fee includes a $10 non-refundable office fee.
Stabling is available for Saturday only or for Friday and Saturday. All stabling fees include a one time $15 stall cleaning fee. Competitors that stable on Friday night are free to hand walk your horse on the property. If you want to ride on the property, you must pay FPFP a $15 day fee.
If you want a tack stall, you don't have to pay the $15 stall cleaning fee. Tack stalls are $20/day.
REFUND POLICY:
No refunds after the Closing Date.
Scratch or withdraw before the Closing Date and receive your entry/stabling fees minus $10 Office Fee.

Upload current Coggins and signed releases to STRIDER or email copies to Biddie Lowry.
All out of state horses must show the office a Certificate of Veterinary Inspection before unloading your horse.
If the level you are interested in is full, complete "Wait List" form on Strider or email Biddie Lowry to be put on the Wait List (novawe.blowry@gmail.com).
Competition follows USA Rules for Working Equitation (www.usawe.org).
MEDIA RELEASE: By entering a Northern Virginia Working Equitation (NOVAWE) sponsored event, I agree that as a condition of and in consideration of acceptance of entry, NOVAWE may use or assign photographs, videos, audios, cablecasts, or other likenesses of me and my horse taken during the course of the event for the promotion, coverage, or benefit of the event or NOVAWE. Those likenesses shall not be used to advertise a product and they may not be used in such a way as to jeopardize amateur status. I hereby expressly and irrevocably waive and release any rights in connection with such use, including any claim to compensation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, or to misappropriation.
