EPA Eventing Rally held during Plantation Field Horse Trial

Please join us for a fun day May 9, for an Eventing Rally during the Plantation Field Recognized Horse Trial. With 2026 being a USPC Championships year (July in Kentucky), this is a great opportunity for our members to gain their horse management rally experience to qualify for Champs. Interested Members should 1) Register with USEA for the horse trial 2) connect with their DC to confirm who is on each team from their club 3) register here for the Rally. Please refer to the attached info packet about the event and USPC Eventing rulebook for more information about divisons and rules.

We are looking forward to a fun day. Please print the chaperone/ emergency contact form, sign it and upload a picture of the completed form with your entry. Ditto for Coaching form and also the Acknowledgement form (if applicable).

- Signed Emergency Contact form for those 18yrs+

Ride Time Your Pony Club check-in times and dismissal times are explained in the attached Info Packet. Once we have the list of participants, your DC's will be able to confirm the team compositions.
Trailer Direction Please let the parking guide know you are with Pony Club and they will direct you to our gathering. Please also be sure to respect the Plantation Field volunteers and grounds. We are their guests.
