Marlboro Ridge is thrilled to welcome back renowned clinician Bernie Traurig for an exclusive two-day clinic designed for riders of all levels—from those building their foundation over fences to seasoned competitors ready to refine their edge.
As a Horseman, Bernie is renowned not only for his riding talents but also for his teaching and coaching gifts. As a competitor, Bernie has represented the United States Equestrian Team both at home and abroad on many occasions and reached the top of the sport in all 3 of the International Equestrian Olympic disciplines: Show Jumping, Dressage, and Eventing. In 2009, he was inducted into the National Show Hunter Hall of Fame. In 2010, the California Professional Horsemen’s Association honored him with their Lifetime Achievement Award. In 2012, he was awarded the USHJA President’s Distinguished Service Award. He is recognized as a legend in the sport. As a teacher and trainer, he is one of the most sought-after clinicians in the country today. His talent for teaching goes back to his roots, where he was fortunate to be educated by some of the very best Master Instructors this country and the world have to offer. He served as the West Coastʼs associate Chef d’Equip to George H. Morris, the former Chef d’Equip of the United States Olympic Equestrian Team. After amassing over 60 years' worth of training and riding techniques and experiences with thousands of horses, Bernie is driven to give back to the sport that has given him so much fulfillment and success.

The additional $15 covers the second payment processing fee we incur on our end.

*OFF-SITE STABLING IS OFFERED THROUGH SHOWPLACE ARENA(PG Equestrian Center).

Ride Time: Group A: 8am - 10am
Group B: 10am-12 noon
Lunch will be available from 11am-12:30pm
Group C: 12:30pm - 2:30pm
Group D: 2:30pm- 4:30pm
Trailer Direction: You must enter at the main entrance of The Marlboro Ridge Community, located at the intersection of Richie Marlboro Road and Marlboro Ridge Road (Waze, Maps, etc. sometimes mistakenly direct you to the wrong entrance). Once you turn on Marlboro Ridge Rd, our facility is on your immediate right. Take the first right at the top of the hill, follow the road down towards our parking lot, and proceed straight through the white gate at the end of the lot. Once through the gate, a staff member will assist you.
