Bucks County Horse Park Friday Evening Eventing
Our Friday Evening Schooling Series is designed specifically for green horses and riders seeking a relaxed, confidence-building introduction to competition. Offering divisions from Leadline through Beginner Novice, these low-key evening events create a welcoming atmosphere that feels more like a community gathering than a traditional show.
Courses are thoughtfully set below maximum specifications, with an emphasis on safety, rideability, and positive learning experiences. Inviting questions and straightforward lines allow horses and riders to progress at their own pace while building confidence and correct fundamentals.
This series also embraces a strong social and educational vibe. Trainers are encouraged to be hands-on throughout the evening—coaching from the sidelines, walking courses with riders, and offering support as needed. Friends, family, and barnmates are welcome to stay, cheer each other on, and enjoy a fun Friday night at the barn where learning, horsemanship, and camaraderie take center stage.
Organizer Notes
REFUNDS: Less $25 office fee prior to closing date; after closing date refunds ONLY with a medical excuse
No cross-country schooling during the event.
AWARDS: HT -Ribbons 1st thru 6th. CT – Ribbons 1st thru 6th, Levels may be combined.
Friday Evening Eventing YEAR END AWARDS: Competitors must ride in 3 out of 6 shows as HT to be eligible over not more than 2 levels. If over 2 levels, will be awarded against higher level ridden. Dressage Only rides do not count toward year-end awards. All riders must submit application for consideration. Members, no fee. Non-members, $25 fee. All shows eligible for Passport points.
OTHER INFORMATION: Water/snacks available on site; Safety vests must be worn X-C; Medical armbands required whenever jumping. Pinnies will be given at check-in.

Ride Time Ride times will be posted Thursday by noon. Divisions will run high to low beginning at 2 pm.
Trailer Direction Bucks County Horse Park is located on Route 611, ½ mile north of Revere, PA. Trailers from New Jersey must come over the Milford bridge, Route 78 to the Hellertown exit, or Route 22 to the 611 South exit. TRAILERS MAY NOT CROSS AT RIEGLESVILLE.
