This clinic is organized and hosted by Oak Spring Equestrian, LLC.
We are an affiliate organization of USA Working Equitation (USAWE).
We will be following the rules of USA Working Equitation; www.usawe.org
ABOUT THE CLINIC:
-Four 1.5 hour group sessions, starting at 9:00.
-Each group will have no more than 4 riders.
-Riders organized into Newbie, Intro, and Novice groups.
** PLEASE indicate which level you are signing up for in the notes to organizer box.**
Newbie – This group is for rider/horse that have never done working equitation before. Allison will introduce the sport of working equitation and help the rider/horse become comfortable with the obstacles. Work will be at the walk and some trot, if comfortable at that gait.
Intro – This group is for rider/horse that have some experience with WE obstacles. Work will be at the walk/trot.
**It is highly recommended that rider does a clinic at Newbie before signing up for intro.
Novice – This group is for rider/horse that have experience with WE obstacles. Work will be at the walk/trot/canter.
Upon payment, you own your clinic spot. If you cannot attend, you are responsible for finding someone to fill your space, and while I will do my best to help, this is the rider's responsibility. If a replacement rider cannot be found, you are responsible for your clinic fee & fee will not be refunded.
If OSE cancels the clinic - you will be refunded your entry fee.
Bring your own water for your horse/pony. Please clean up around your trailer and take poop/Hay home with you.

Organizer Notes
REFUND POLICY: Clinic fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. Once the clinic fee is paid, you own your spot. If you cannot attend you are responsible for finding someone to fill your space, and while I will do my best to help, this is the rider's responsibility. If a replacement rider cannot be found, no refund will be made.
NOTES:
- Portable potty and handwashing station on site
- Bring your own water for your horse
- Please leave dogs at home
- Auditors, please bring your own chair, drinks and snacks.
LUNCH:
Lunch is Potluck for clinic participants. OSE will supply a main dish & paper goods; Please bring a dish to share if you would like to partake in the meal!
There is a refrigerator and microwave in the climate-controlled shop; along with tables and chairs to sit.

Administrative Information
Ride Time: Ride times will be emailed to each rider on Wednesday before the clinic.
Ride times will also be posted on the Oak Spring Equestrian Facebook page and website
Trailer Direction: Easy in/out for all size trailersParking on grass or stone dust. 
Change Policy: Changes are not permitted.
