Entry Requirements (please include/attach for a complete entry):
1️⃣ Membership Numbers + Emergency Contact: Individuals only participating in Introductory, Pas de Deux,
Quadrille and/or Opportunity do not need to provide membership numbers. All entries must include emergency contact.

Organizer Notes
🩺 - Vet. farrier, and medical services will be on grounds during show hours and on call outside of show hours.
DEFINITIONS
• $$ in a class name indicates a money class. Payouts: 1st = $50, 2nd = $35, 3rd = $15.
• TOC - Test of Choice, you must specify the test in the organizer notes.
• USEF TOC - Test of Choice tests Training - Fourth level are available, must specify test in the organizer notes
• BLM - Qualifying class for the 2026 Colonel Bengt Ljungquist Memorial Championships. Riders must be members of a participating USDF Group Member Organization at the time of the show to be eligible. See www.cblm.org for further information.
• Qualifying class for the 2026 Great American Insurance Group (GAIG)/USDF Regional Championships (must declare qualifying ride on entry form.) An additional $20 fee is already included in the class price.
• RAAEP - Class 164 can be used to qualify for USDF Regional Adult Amateur Equitation Program
• OC - Opportunity Classes - No USEF/USDF memberships or Horse ID required for opportunity classes if ONLY entering OC and/or Intro. Horses entered only in opportunity are exempt from the USEF Drug Fee. Riders/horses are permitted to cross-enter into other recognized classes.
SHOW INFO
• Individuals entering this competition do so with the agreement that they have read the OFFICIAL PRIZE LIST and agree to follow all the class specifications, requirements and conditions in the OFFICIAL PRIZE LIST
• Stabling: Day Stall $60. REFUNDABLE MUCK FEE DEPOSIT OF $50 REQUIRED FOR ALL STALLS (CHECK ONLY, payable to Waredaca). Stalls must be stripped and swept clean prior to departure.
• Shavings $12/bag pre-ordered
• Pony Measuring: If you need a pony measured, must notify manager 10 days prior to show. Fee to vet will be no more than $100.
• Classes will be split if there are more than six entries per class.
• Dogs must be leashed at all times.
Arena Footing and Arenas:
• Warm-up Arena: Indoor 20m x 60m with 5 Star Atwood Footing, 60m x 60m outdoor with bluestone footing.
• Competition Arenas: Two 20m x 60m outdoor arenas with TravelRight dust free blend footing.
• Lungeing: Permitted in designated areas only.
• NO WARM UP or LUNGING in PARKING AREA

Trailer Direction • From Frederick: (I-70 East): Take exit 68 for MD-27 toward Damascus/Mt. Airy. Turn right on MD-27 S/Ridge Rd (signs for Damascus/MD-144 E). Turn left onto Penn Shop Rd. At the traffic circle take the 1st exit onto Long Corner Rd. Turn left onto MD-108 E. Continue onto MD-650 S/Damascus Rd. Turn left into facility.• From DC Beltway: (I-95 North): Take exit 31B for MD-200 W towards US 29/Interstate 270. Take exit 8B for Georgia Ave/MD-97N toward Olney. Turn left to continue on MD-97 N. Turn left on MD 650-N/Damascus Rd. Facility will be on your right.• From Baltimore Beltway: (I-70 West): Take exit 76 for MD-97 S toward Olney. Turn right on MD-650 N/Damascus Rd. Facility will be on your right.
