Event Details

Please join us for an EPAWE Licensed Show w USAWE Senior Judge, Polly Limond at our host farm, Collective Roots Dressage. Open to all levels: Intro through Masters! MAX riders 20

For riders entering multiple horses, office fee is paid once for the rider. Office fee is waived for youth riders. Onsite and offsite stalls available within 5-7 minute trailer ride. Details and contact information are in the prize list. Message organizer with any questions.

Organizer Notes

The EPAWE Fall Finale Licensed Show will run according to the USAWE 2026 rules for working equitation (horse/rider are required to be members of USAWE to participate unless schooling rides open). Entries are complete when fees are paid in full and required documentation is received. There are no refunds after closing date of show registration. In the event there is a horse or rider injury/illness, refunds will be carefully considered by the show organizers. If rider needs to cancel after registration closes and is able to find a replacement, a refund is possible less the office fee. A waitlist will be available and utilized to assist with filling all spots.

Administrative Information

Ride Time

"Order of go" will be emailed within one week of date of show along with course maps.
It is the rider's responsibility to verify the correct level and all information within the order of go.
Ride times are estimated only. Please be ready to ride and know who you are following. "Minimum interval: A competitor riding multiple horses is entitled to at least 20 minutes between rides. If entering three or more horses in a division/level, the competitor waives this 20‑minute minimum."

Trailer Direction

Trailer Parking is in the field to the right of the driveway. You may drive between the trees off the edge of the drive. Please do not block any of the cars in the parking lot or trailers. If so, you will be asked to dismount and move rig immediately and may miss your ride time.
