-Copy of VALID Coggins and vaccination record. Out of state horses must have a 30 day CVI

REFUNDS & CLASS CANCELLATIONS:
*Full refund, minus office fee, on or before entry closing date as long as we can fill your spot.
*No refunds after closing date without a written explanation from a veterinarian or doctor.
*If the show needs to be canceled due to pandemic, horse outbreak, or other acts of nature, full refunds will be issued minus the office fee.

Administrative Information

Ride Time

Ride Times and EOH course will be posted at www.KDCTA.org website and emailed 48 hours prior to the show.

Trailer Direction

Trailer parking only in designated areas. No trailers next to barn except for unloading/loading. No day trailer parking or loading/unloading horses on the camping area grass. Those working from trailers must park in the gravel area.

Changes are permitted before registration closes.
