A certified ACSM personal trainer, with a degree in Kinesiology and the Author of "Ultimate Exercises Routine for Riders". Laura excels in helping rider of all levels reach their equestrian goals with simple easy to do exercises.
In this clinic Laura will watch and assess your strengths and weakness in the saddle, then give you one on one tutorial of exercises to help directly improve your riding.
