ATTEND/AUDIT CLOSED

Join the Great Lakes Dressage Club as it hosts clinician Shari Wolke Masi for a two day clinic. All disciplines (English + Western) are welcome.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
*Negative Coggins
*Proof of rabies vaccination within the past 24 months
*Proof of Eastern Western Tetanus and West Nile vaccines within the last 6-12 months
*Proof of EHV-1 and EHV-4 within the last 6 months
*Signed GLDC Waiver and Release of Liability

*Horses traveling from out of state must provide a health certificate/CVI within 30 days of travel

FEES
Non-Members of GLDC will be charged an extra $30 per day for riders and $10 per day for auditors.

STABLING
A haul-in fee for the day is included in the rider fee.
Overnight stabling is extremely limited and costs an additional $50.
Riders must provide their own shavings.

LUNCH
Lunch will not be provided. Please plan to bring your own food for the day.

SEATING
Please bring your own folding chair.

REFUND POLICY
GLDC should be notified immediately if a horse/rider cannot attend. A full refund will be remitted if GLDC is able to fill the spot off the wait list. If no wait list is available it is your responsibility to find a replacement. If GLDC is not able to fill the spot, 1/2 of the fee will be remitted ONLY IF a doctor or veterinary note can be provided. In the event of the death of horse, a full refund will be given. AUDIT FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. In the event of the cancellation of the clinic due to extraordinary circumstances, full refunds will be issued to all participants and auditors.
