Entries are not complete without listing tests to be ridden and division classification.

USDF, USEA, and WDAA dressage tests are offered, so be sure to indicate while signing up for your tests.

Entries that do not select the non-member fee must be accompanied by a current PVDA member number, or entrant will be billed the non-member fee.

Leadline tests offered are Leadline A, Leadline B, and also a non-PVDA recognized Leadline walk only. Leadline be ridden in English or Western tack.

Definition of Junior Rider: Individuals are eligible as Juniors until the end of the calendar year in which they reach the age of 18

Definition of Youth Rider: A young rider is someone who is between the ages of 16 and 21, as of the beginning of the calendar year they turn 16 and ending with the calendar year they turn 21

Definition of Adult Rider: Competitors shall compete as Adults from the beginning of the calendar year in which they reach the age of 22.

Horses are limited to a maximum of three Dressage rides per day at Fourth Level and below or two Dressage rides per day above Fourth Level. Horses may enter no more than two consecutive levels, Freestyle levels included, at any one competition.

Should the show reach capacity, the show management may implement a two test limit to all competitors in an effort to accommodate more riders. Your entries will be refunded accordingly.

Riders may ride the same test no more than twice at any show.

Cross entry in Eventing tests and other Dressage tests is permitted as listed below:
Eventing Beginner Novice and Novice tests are equivalent to Training Level.
Eventing Training Level, Modified Level, and Preliminary Level tests are equivalent to First Level.
Eventing Intermediate Level tests are equivalent to Second Level.
Eventing Advanced Level tests are equivalent to Third Level.
Except for Young Horse tests, all dressage tests listed above shall be considered equivalent to
the highest test of the level.

Organizer Notes

No refunds or credits for scratches after closing date. For scratches before closing date, all but the office fee will be refunded. Late entries and changes after closing date are allowed only at the managers discretion.

  • Trailer Direction: Follow Beauchamp Rd 2.5 miles, turn left at the Bay Point sign and right into the parking lot. Trailers come through the driveway gate and continue through the pasture gate (to the left of the manure shed).
