Fitness & Conditioning for Equestrians with Coach Sando - opening a second day!

Tony Sandoval has specialized in providing personal training and fitness coaching for equestrians of all levels for nearly 10 years. His "Coach Sando Training" program offers both live and virtual wellness coaching for equestrians, including personal training, physical therapy, and both nutrition and performance coaching.
We are thrilled to welcome him for TWO in-person days of private sessions at Sprieser Sporthorse, Marshall VA. The clinic will include this for each participant: rider biomechanics assessment on the horse, via submitted video analysis; athletic profile testing, using force plate technology to take inventory of what physical skills you have; and movement testing off the horse. A session is 60-75 minutes, and $225.
You don't need your horse for this - you'll submit riding video in advance (which is why the closing date for this is so early, you'll need some time to gather video!). All this data will help Tony guide you in which areas you need to develop, and a customized program of exercises complete with video links to take home with you.

A personal note from host Lauren Sprieser, Grand Prix dressage rider and trainer - I turned 40 last year and the wear and tear of daily life, combined with an annoying cadre of old injuries, had left me in rough shape, and not sure how to improve my conditioning while respecting my aches and pains.
