Organizer Notes

ENTRIES MUST INCLUDE:
• All complete Entries will be entered in a drawing for a prize!
• $65.00 Processing Fee per entry.
• $23.00 USEF Federation Fee per entry. (Includes $15 for Drugs and Medication Fee and $8 Federation fee)
• Class Fees
• Please specify if GAIG Qualifying Ride on entry form. An additional $15 fee plus class fee. Rider must have a USDF Participating Membership and Owners must have a USDF Participating or Business Membership for qualifying rides.
• Stabling and or Day Parking fees.
• EMERGENCY CONTACT NUMBER in the space provided.
• USEF Vaccination Record Required with entry dated within 6 months of the show date. USEF - GR845
• Negative Coggins dated within one year of the show date. Horse name on the entry blank must match Coggins report and USEF / USDF documentation. USEF GR 907.3
• Copies of USEF and USDF Membership cards for Rider, Owner, Trainer, Horse, and Coach (if applicable) or USEF/USDF non-member fees.
• A copy of Qualifying Test for Musical Freestyle - The Freestyle prerequisites listed in USEF Rule DR129.9
• No exhibitor is permitted to show until all fees are paid. Competitors will be subject to USEF Non – negotiable funds Rule (GR 1508.1).

ARENAS:
• Competitions will take place outdoors in 20M X 60M all-weather sand, geo-felt & fiber mix arenas.
• Competition classes will be held in the Wheeler or Dixon Oval show rings. There is no guarantee in which ring classes will be held.
• Warm-up will be all-weather sand, geo felt & fiber mix.
• Lunging: permitted in designated areas only during off-show hours. All lunging must conclude 30 minutes before scheduled classes begin. Lunging and warm-up schedules will be posted and times strictly adhered to.

STABLING:
• Permanent 10x10 wooden stalls with doors are on the show grounds.
