Event Details

Join us at Beverly Equestrian for a NEW two-day JUMPER/HUNTER format for 2027! All Winter dates are recognized by VHSA and BHSA.

⚡ SATURDAYS — JUMPERS | 🌿 SUNDAYS — HUNTERS

Jumpers show on Saturday; hunters show on Sunday. Both days run in the Grand Prix arena, with a more relaxed atmosphere on both days. Stabling is available for those who want to make a weekend of it, and Friday ticketed schooling runs before every show.

🐴 PLUS each day of the weekend counts as a separate show for VHSA. Come for the weekend and leave with two shows that qualify for the 2027 VHSA Associate Finals!

Permanent stalls are available in the posh polo barn above the GP arean (no stall doors). Tent stalls are also available in the gooseneck trailer parking next to the Grand Prix arena. If you are showing in both the jumpers and the hunters, a weekend stall keeps your horse on the grounds from Friday through Saturday.

Winter weather: we will show outdoors for as long as conditions allow and move into the indoor arena when the weather requires it. Any change of ring will be posted on beverlyequestrian.com/competitors and announced on the day. If weather moves the show to the indoor arena, stalls are assigned in the Indoor/Wofford tent stalls that are located in the polo parking paddock near the indoor and Wofford arenas instead.

📍 Same Beverly Circuit pathway points and leaderboards.
📍 Same great staff.
📍 Same beautiful rings.
📍 Same thoughtful courses.
📍 Same accessible, rider-focused competition.

ENTRIES. ALL entries must be submitted online. Otherwise, all non-Strider, incomplete, or late entries are subject to a mandatory $35 administration fee ("Admin Fee"). The Closing Date for all entries, for both days of the show, is 11:59pm on the Thursday before the show ("Closing Date"). Attach your negative coggins, vaccination information, and signed waiver ("Docs") electronically to your entry on Strider by the Closing Date; otherwise, an Admin Fee will apply. If you email your Docs to the show secretary to complete your entry before the Closing Date, an Admin Fee (for a non-Strider entry) will apply for non Strider entry information.

DOC REQUIREMENTS
✓ All riders must sign a waiver
✓ All horses on the grounds, including non-competing horses, must have a current negative Coggins within 12 months.
✓ All horses must provide proof of Flu/Rhino vaccination within the last 6 months to enter the grounds.

Beverly requires proof of vaccination for every horse on the grounds at every show. Vaccine proof can be (1) a vaccination vaccination certificate with vaccines and dates, (2) a receipt from your vet listing vaccines and dates, (3) a United States Equestrian Federation vaccination form, OR (4) a self-certification form attesting that your horse is vaccinated. A link to the form is on the website

Please note that as with all personal documents, we cannot keep this information on file for you. Please create a Strider account to save this documentation to your entry and for future entries.

CHANGES. Changing classes on the day of the show incurs no change fees. DO NOT submit show-day class add/drops to the show secretary. If a class change results in a credit on the show day, it can be used towards other fees AT THAT SHOW.

A same day show class credit does not result in a REFUND absent special circumstances, such as a class being canceled outside of show management's control, and then, only upon email request to the show secretary at bevshowsec@gmail.com.

SCRATCHES. Entries must be scratched on Strider before the Closing Date to receive any refund. You can do this from your STRIDER rider account. Refunds on or BEFORE the Closing Date are made less the $10 office fee, which is not refundable. Any refunds AFTER the Closing Date are subject to a $50 Late Scratch Fee per entry, and stall fees are not refundable after the Closing Date.

CREDITS. Credits are not automatic and must be requested by email (bevshowsec@gmail.com) within four (4) days after the show. Credits are valid only after the exhibitor receives written acknowledgement from the show office. To use an approved credit at a future show, exhibitors must email the show office with the acknowledgement at least two (2) days before the show's closing date for registration instructions. Exhibitors must enter at least one class; approved credits may then be applied to additional eligible class fees as requested by the competitor. Any credit not used within one (1) year of the date of the original show will expire.

STRIDER allows payment by credit card, Venmo, and PayPal. Any additional class fees can be settled at the show by check, cash, Venmo, or Zelle on the show day. No credit cards are accepted at the show.

NON COMPETE HORSES. Noncompeting horses register as such on our Strider platform and pay the $30 non-compete horse fee. It is important that we have a release and a coggins on file for every horse on the property. Again, we appreciate your understanding as bio security and safety is our top concern.

POSTPONEMENT OR CANCELLATION ("UNCONTROLLABLE EVENT") POLICY. The Uncontrollable Event Policy applies only when conditions outside Beverly's control (weather, air quality/wildfire smoke, other emergencies) cause Beverly to postpone or cancel a show or a portion of it. It does not apply to a rider who chooses not to attend a show held as scheduled. In an uncontrollable event case, entries will be honored on the next or rescheduled date. Any competitor unable to attend this date - or whose classes are not held - will receive a full-value credit toward a future Beverly local show, covering all fees paid (entry, office, grounds, and stall fees). Credits are issued automatically; no request is required, and they are valid for one year from the original show date. To use the credit, the competitor must have used a Strider account (not a guest account) to enter the affected show and must email the Show Secretary at bevshowsec@gmail.com at least two days before that show's Closing Date - no need to re-enter or pay again. If a competitor prefers, they may email the Show Secretary to request a refund instead; in an uncontrollable event situation, the $50 Late Scratch Fee is waived and stall fees are refunded in full, with only the $10 office fee retained.

All back numbers must be picked up at the Show Office, located in the Polo Barn en route to the Polo/Grand Prix Arena.
If anything is missing from your entry (signatures, documents, or payments) please stop by the Show Office in the Polo Barns before riding. Division awards and any additional ribbons will be available through the Show Office.

Trailer Direction

The entrance to the farm is from Zulla Road, at approximately 3515 Zulla Road. After turning onto Beverly Lane, continue straight and follow signs to the polo (Grand Prix) arena. Once the drive turns hard right to climb to the black barns, turn left to go through the break in the stone wall. Continue up the hill and then proceed downhill to go arrive at the polo barns for permenant parking and the show office. There is temporary show office parking immediately in front of the white builtding and trailers and cars can turn left past the buildings to follow the one way drive around the barn complex. There is no driving through the barn couryard as this is surface is for horse traffic only. For trailer parking, continue past the barn complex and down the hill towards the arena. Trailer parking for big rigs and gooseneck trailers is to the right in the grass paddock by the tent stalls. Continue past the tent stabling for trailer parking for bumper pull trailers in the gravel parking pad directly adjacent to the Grand Prix arena. Once on the gravel parking pad, please back into your trailer parking space and be conscientious or space. There is no room for car parking on this gravel pad. Cars must park on the grass or on the sand track between the gravel pad and the arena. Directional signs will guide you upon arrival, and a detailed map will be available online and on-site.
