Beverly Hunter/Jumper Circuit Finals - Friday Ticketed, Saturday Jumpers, Sunday Hunters
11/21/2025 − 11/23/2025
Join us for Beverly Equestrian's inaugural Circuit Finals of the 2025 Hunter/Jumper Show Series. There are Two Ways to Celebrate the End of the Beverly Show Circuit:
1. Champtionships for Hunters and Jumpers Alike
At Beverly, we believe the heart of our sport lies in its grassroots. We all started in the same place as riders, and we remain committed to ensuring that every competitor—whether aiming for local shows or preparing for larger circuits—has a place where they feel welcomed, supported, and celebrated.
With that mission in mind, we are thrilled to announce the inaugural Beverly Show Series Hunter & Jumper Finals, to be held November 22–23, 2025, at Beverly’s newly unveiled northern show facility.
Plus: we offer a ticketed warmup on Friday, November 21 and permanent stabling to prepare for the big weekend!
- There will be Ticketed unjudged Schooling classes (classes 1001-1011) in the Grand Prix ring on Friday starting at 8:30AM. These will be run similar to the ticketed schooling we do for the USEF jumper show and the order of these classes will be similar to our local shows as follows:
- (80cm/2´9˝), (90cm/3´), (1.0m/3´3˝), (1m10cm/3 ‘ ̋6”),(1m15cm/3’9”), (1m20cm/3’11”) then
- Poles, Cross-Rails (16”), then
- (65cm/2’), (70cm/2´3”), (75cm/2´6˝)
- Each ticketed round will be $35. We are allowing between 30-45 minutes but no more than 1 hour at any level before changing the heights. If there is not enough time to accommodate all of the riders at any level, priority will be given to those who sign up for these ticketed classes in Strider. The ticketed rounds are open to both Hunter and Jumper riders but the courses will be set up as Jumper courses.
- The Jumper competition classes will take place Saturday morning starting at 8:00 AM and are run in roughly the same order as previous shows starting with Low Jumpers (class 64) at 2’9” and run through Modified jumpers (class 77) at 3’9”. We have added addtional open jumper classes at 3' (classes 78 & 79) which will run before the CH/AA 3' classes. There will be a drag break after class 77 followed by poles and rails (Class 48), then Puddle Jumpers (class 51) at 2’ and run through open jumpers (Class 62) at 2’6”
- There will not be any Hunter specific course set up except for competition day on Sunday. Hunter riders may warmup in the competition ring ONLY from 7:15 until 7:45 Sunday morning and during the schooling break after the flat classes. Judged and unjudged (#100) classes will begin at 8:00 AM in the Grand Prix Ring on Sunday.
- While the Jumper and Hunter classes are running on Saturday and Sunday, respectively, riders can warmup in the areas adjacent to the Grand Prix ring.
- All riding will take place in the new Northern Grand Prix complex. You are allowed to ride around the Northern Grand Prix complex at any time from dawn to dusk but the southern Main Barn Complex is reserved for Beverly boarders and clients and are off limits.
- Stabling is available at the new Northern Grand Prix complex and it is for Thursday through Sunday. IF you want a day stall you must purchase the weekend stabling ($150).
- All parking will be at the Northern Grand Prix complex.
What You Can Expect
Competitors at the Beverly Show Circuit Finals will enjoy a polished, organized, and welcoming experience at Beverly’s northern show facility, which will debut as the permanent home of this new annual tradition. This thoughtfully designed venue features permanent stabling, a dedicated show arenas and warm up, and ample nearby trailer parking, offering a professional atmosphere with the comfort and access grassroots riders appreciate.
The event begins with a Schooling Day on Friday, November 21, offering unjudged classes to help horses and riders acclimate to the environment. Saturday, November 22, will feature the Jumper Finals, with all jumper divisions competing throughout the day. The weekend concludes on Sunday, November 23, with the Hunter Finals, showcasing all hunter divisions. Please note that the schedule may shift slightly based on entries, but each day is designed to support a smooth, rewarding experience for all.
NOTE THAT THESE CLASSES ARE NOT RECOGNIZED BY VHSA/BHSA. We applied for recognition but these dates fall outside their calendars so these points are for the Beverly Cirucit Leaderboard only.
2. Circuit Leaderboard
Throughout the year, riders earn points at every Beverly Circuit show: 3 shows in Winter, 3 in spring, 3 in Summer, and 2 in Fall. Points are tracked across hunter classes, jumper classes, and overall participation. At the close of the season, the Top 10 riders will be recognized on each leaderboard, with special prizes for the Top 3 in every category.
✨ New this year: Points earned at the Finals will count as double toward the Leaderboard. This gives every rider the chance to make their mark in the very last show of the year.
🔔 Note: Riders may not compete in a class more than two levels below their last class on the same horse in the qualifying round immediately leading up to Finals. This rule helps maintain fairness and prevents experienced horses from being entered at lower levels simply to gain extra points.
Together, the Leaderboard and the Finals give every rider two ways to celebrate a season of hard work, progress, and community at Beverly. But even if you have not competed at Beverly before you are more than welcome to compete, although you will not be eligible for a Circuit Final placing, but will ride Hors Concours(HC).
PRICING/ENTRY FEES: All entries are online only.
Please submit supporting Coggins and signed Beverly releases (“Docs”) online through Strider.
Otherwise, all non-Strider, incomplete, or late entries are subject to a mandatory $35 administration fee (“Admin Fee”).

● $45 per equitation class
● $35 per ticketed Friday class

ELIGIBILITY:
Riders must have competed in at least one class in at least one Beverly Circuit show to enter. Leaderboard riders enter Finals with special distinction. Any outstanding amounts due to the show must be paid to be eligible to compete in the Finals.
CLOSING DATE: The Closing Date for all entries is 10pm on the Thursday before the show (“Closing Date”). Attach your Docs to your entry on Strider by the Closing Date; otherwise, an Admin Fee will apply. If you email your Docs to the show secretary to complete your entry before the Closing Date, an Admin Fee (for a non-Strider entry) will apply.
CHANGES. Changing classes on the day of the show incurs no change fees. DO NOT submit show-day class add/drops to the show secretary. If a class change results in a credit on the show day, it can be used towards other fees AT THAT SHOW. A same day show class credit does not result in a REFUND absent special circumstances, such as a class being canceled outside of show management’s control, and then, only upon email request to the show secretary at bevshowsec@gmail.com.
SCRATCHES. Entries must be scratched on Strider before the Closing Date to receive any refund. Any refunds after the Closing Date are subject to a $50 Admin Fee per entry.
CREDITS. Before or after Closing Date, to receive a CREDIT in the full amount of your entry towards a future show, you must email the show secretary at bevshowsec@gmail.com before the show starts. (Note that this credit for entries is only available for 12 months following the original show date that the entry was submitted on Strider; it is not a rolling credit that can be moved to future Beverly shows indefinitely.) Keep proof of credit in order to send it to the show secretary at the time of intended future use for credit.
STRIDER allows payment by credit card, Venmo, and PayPal. Any additional class fees can be settled at the show by check, cash, Venmo, or Zelle on the show day. No credit cards are accepted at the show.
▪️ NON COMPETE HORSES ▪️
Noncompeting horses register as such on our Strider platform and pay the $40 non-compete horse fee. It is important that we have a release and a coggins on file for every horse on the property. Again, we appreciate your understanding as bio security and safety is our top concern.
▪️ COURSE MAPS, SCHEDULE & SHOW INFORMATION▪️
All information about the schooling rounds including course maps, tentative schedule, and entry numbers by class be accessed on the Competitor sub tab of the Show page on our website: www.beverlyequestrian.com/competitors. Class and schedule information is made available after Thursday and may be updated if additional entries are received up until the morning of the show.
Please check the website at www.beverlyequestrian.com/competitors for class time windows.
▪️ PARKING ▪️
All show parking is in the parking paddock immediately upon entering the grounds. This parking area is for all cars, trailers, and visitors to the farm. There is no general or show parking in the courtyard by the main barn. Closer derby field parking MAY be available but is subject to game day conditions and management discretion. Table IV. 1 (“optimum time”). The first round is decided by adding together the faults incurred over the course and any penalties for exceeding the Time Allowed. In the case of equality of faults, ties will be broken by the horse with the time on course closest to the posted Optimum Time (over or under) will prevail in the tie, next closest next, etc.
Table II.1 (timed 1st round or “fastest clear”). The rider's score for the round is calculated by adding the speed and time faults together. Riders with clear rounds or with an equal number of faults are pinned according to the fastest time by fault (no fault rounds pinned together, then one-fault rounds, then two-fault rounds, and so on).
Table II.c (“power and speed”). The course is split into two sections as noted on the course map. If the rider completes the first section without time or speed faults ("clear"), the rider proceeds immediately to the next section without stopping. In the case a rider is not clear, the judge will sound the buzzer signaling the rider to stop and leave the arena.
Table II.2b (timed 1st jump off or “jump off”). The first round must be completed without time or speed faults ("clear"). In such a case, the rider proceeds to a jump off round without leaving the ring once the judge sounds the start buzzer.
