Join us for Beverly Equestrian's inaugural Circuit Finals of the 2025 VHSA/BHSA Hunter/Jumper Show Series.

Beverly Show Series to Culminate in Hunter & Jumper Finals This November!
At Beverly, we believe the heart of our sport lies in its grassroots. We all started in the same place as riders, and we remain committed to ensuring that every competitor—whether aiming for local shows or preparing for larger circuits—has a place where they feel welcomed, supported, and celebrated.
With that mission in mind, we are thrilled to announce the inaugural Beverly Show Series Hunter & Jumper Finals, to be held November 21–23, 2025, at Beverly’s newly unveiled northern show facility.
Why We Are Hosting These Finals - Every Rider Deserves a Championship Goal
Riders who participate in schooling and local shows deserve a meaningful year-end event to strive for—one that feels as special and rewarding as larger finals. While prestigious championships exist for elite competitors, many grassroots riders don’t have access to a finals experience that’s designed for them. The Beverly Show Circuit Finals are here to change that—giving local riders a true championship event that honors their season-long effort, growth, and achievement.
Filling the Gap for Jumper Riders
Unlike hunters and equitation, jumper divisions often lack dedicated championship events at the local level. Although high point awards exist, there’s no formal finals experience to bring that competitive journey to a close. We’re proud to help fill that gap by hosting a full day of Jumper Finals as part of this inaugural event—providing jumper riders with the recognition and celebration they deserve.
What You Can Expect
Competitors at the Beverly Show Circuit Finals will enjoy a polished, organized, and welcoming experience at Beverly’s northern show facility, which will debut as the permanent home of this new annual tradition. This thoughtfully designed venue features permanent stabling, dedicated show arenas with all-weather footing, and ample trailer parking, offering a professional atmosphere with the comfort and access grassroots riders appreciate.
The event begins with a Schooling Day on Friday, November 21, offering unjudged classes in the show arenas to help horses and riders acclimate to the environment. Saturday, November 22, will feature the Jumper Finals, with all jumper divisions competing throughout the day. The weekend concludes on Sunday, November 23, with the Hunter Finals, showcasing all hunter divisions. Please note that the schedule may shift slightly based on entries, but each day is designed to support a smooth, rewarding experience for all.
The new facility was developed with both functionality and enjoyment in mind. Permanent stabling opens Thursday morning and is located adjacent to the permanent show office, providing easy access for check-in, updates, and support. Trailer parking is available on a large stone dust pad, with easy access from main roads and well-maintained paved and stone dust roads throughout the property. Permanent restroom facilities with toilets and sinks will be available for competitors and guests throughout the weekend.
Join Us for a True Celebration of Grassroots Competition!
The Beverly Show Series Finals will celebrate not only top performers, but also the dedication, progress, and sportsmanship that define our community. With prizes, awards, and a festive championship atmosphere, the Finals will be a destination event for riders of all ages and levels.
Mark your calendars and keep working toward your place in the first-ever Beverly Show Circuit Hunter & Jumper Finals! More details, including special prizes and event highlights, will be released soon.
We can’t wait to welcome you for a championship weekend that reflects the heart of our sport. Let’s celebrate the journey—together.

PRICING/ENTRY FEES: Did you know that Beverly does not charge an automatic OFFICE or FACILITY FEE? As long as entries are complete with supporting Coggins and signed Beverly releases (“Docs”) online through Strider on-time, competitors ONLY pay class fees:

● $30 per hunter class/warm up round/ticketed warm up ($80 per hunter division - 3 classes)
● $35 per jumper class (jumper division: # of classes x $35)
● $35 per equitation class
● $35 per paper/post entry or supporting documentation received after the Closing Date.
● $40 per horse noncompeting fee

Otherwise, all non-Strider, incomplete, or late entries are subject to a mandatory $35 administration fee (“Admin Fee”).

CLOSING DATE: The Closing Date for all entries is 10pm on the Thursday before the show (“Closing Date”). Attach your Docs to your entry on Strider by the Closing Date; otherwise, an Admin Fee will apply. If you email your Docs to the show secretary to complete your entry before the Closing Date, an Admin Fee (for a non-Strider entry) will apply.

CHANGES. Changing classes on the day of the show incurs no change fees. DO NOT submit show-day class add/drops to the show secretary. If a class change results in a credit on the show day, it can be used towards other fees AT THAT SHOW. A same day show class credit does not result in a REFUND absent special circumstances, such as a class being canceled outside of show management’s control, and then, only upon email request to the show secretary at bevshowsec@gmail.com.

SCRATCHES. Entries must be scratched on Strider before the Closing Date to receive any refund. Any refunds after the Closing Date are subject to a $50 Admin Fee per entry.

CREDITS. Before or after Closing Date, to receive a CREDIT in the full amount of your entry towards a future show, you must email the show secretary at bevshowsec@gmail.com before the show starts. (Note that this credit for entries is only available for 12 months following the original show date that the entry was submitted on Strider; it is not a rolling credit that can be moved to future Beverly shows indefinitely.) Keep proof of credit in order to send it to the show secretary at the time of intended future use for credit.
STRIDER allows payment by credit card, Venmo, and PayPal. Any additional class fees can be settled at the show by check, cash, Venmo, or Zelle on the show day. No credit cards are accepted at the show.

▪️ NON COMPETE HORSES ▪️
Noncompeting horses register as such on our Strider platform and pay the $40 non-compete horse fee. It is important that we have a release and a coggins on file for every horse on the property. Again, we appreciate your understanding as bio security and safety is our top concern.

▪️ COURSE MAPS, SCHEDULE & SHOW INFORMATION▪️
All information about the schooling rounds including course maps, tentative schedule, and entry numbers by class be accessed on the Competitor sub tab of the Show page on our website: www.beverlyequestrian.com/competitors. Class and schedule information is made available after Thursday and may be updated if additional entries are received up until the morning of the show.

Please check the website at www.beverlyequestrian.com/competitors for class time windows.

▪️ PARKING ▪️
All show parking is in the parking paddock immediately upon entering the grounds. This parking area is for all cars, trailers, and visitors to the farm. There is no general or show parking in the courtyard by the main barn. Closer derby field parking MAY be available but is subject to game day conditions and management discretion. Contact the show secretary at bevshowsec@gmail.com for special situations.

Puddle Jumper: Open to horses and ponies. No cross entry with classes 95cm and above, including riders.

Table IV. 1 (“optimum time”). The first round is decided by adding together the faults incurred over the course and any penalties for exceeding the Time Allowed. In the case of equality of faults, ties will be broken by the horse with the time on course closest to the posted Optimum Time (over or under) will prevail in the tie, next closest next, etc.

Table II.1 (timed 1st round or “fastest clear”). The rider's score for the round is calculated by adding the speed and time faults together. Riders with clear rounds or with an equal number of faults are pinned according to the fastest time by fault (no fault rounds pinned together, then one-fault rounds, then two-fault rounds, and so on).

Table II.c (“power and speed”). The course is split into two sections as noted on the course map. If the rider completes the first section without time or speed faults ("clear"), the rider proceeds immediately to the next section without stopping. In the case a rider is not clear, the judge will sound the buzzer signaling the rider to stop and leave the arena.

Table II.2b (timed 1st jump off or “jump off”). The first round must be completed without time or speed faults ("clear"). In such a case, the rider proceeds to a jump off round without leaving the ring once the judge sounds the start buzzer.
