Oak Spring Equestrian Working Equitation Schooling Show #2
Oak Spring Equestrian, LLC is located in Woodbine, Maryland. We will be offering (5) working equitation schooling shows in 2024; to be concluded with a banquet to honor all of our horse & riders! Date TBD
This schooling show is organized and hosted by Oak Spring Equestrian, LLC. We are an affiliate organization of USA Working Equitation (USAWE). We will be following the rules of USA Working Equitation; www.usawe.org
Show is limited to 15-18 participants
Show entries will open on Febrary 24, 2024

Division offered:
Level 1 - Intro: Dressage & EOH
Level 2 - Novice A: Dressage, EOH & Speed
Level 3 - Novice B: Dressage, EOH & Speed
Level 4 - Intermediate A: Dressage, EOH & Speed
Dressage will be held in the indoor, EOH & Speed in the outdoor; Grass warm-up; SUBJECT TO CHANGE
Placing 1st-6th In each level and division.
Champion & Reserve champion ribbons will be awarded. There must be atleast (3) riders in a division for Champion & Reserve Champion ribbons to be awarded. The show will run as an OPEN show, (there will be no separate divisions for amateur & open unless entries warrant)
Novice A/B will be separated if there are at least 3 entries in each level; if not, they will be a combined division and placed together.

If you see "WAITLIST", then that means that all of the allocated slots for that class have been taken. Please email me at oakspringequestrianllc@gmail.com to be put on the Wait List.
Dressage will be set up in the indoor. EOH and speed will be in the outdoor.
This is subject to change in case of bad weather; we will take down the dressage ring and set up EOH and speed in the indoor.
REFUND POLICY:
Show fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. Once the show fee is paid, you own your spot. If you cannot attend you are responsible for finding someone to fill your space, and while I will do my best to help, this is the rider's responsibility. If a replacement rider cannot be found, no refund will be made.
NOTES:
- Portable potty and handwashing station on site
- Bring your own water for your horse
- Please leave dogs at home
- Auditors, please bring your own chair, drinks and snacks.
LUNCH:
Lunch is Potluck for judge, show participants & volunteers. OSE will supply a main dish & paper goods; Please bring a dish to share if you would like to partake in the meal! Bring your own drinks.
There is a refrigerator and microwave in the climate-controlled shop; along with tables and chairs to sit.

Administrative Information
- Ride Time: Times will be emailed to competitors by Wednesday before the show. They will also be posted on the OSE Facebook pages.
- Trailer Direction: Easy in/out for all size trailers.
Parking on grass lot or gravel lot. **DO NOT PARK NEAR PENS UNLESS YOU HAVE RESERVED 1 FOR THE DAY! - Change Policy: Changes are not permitted.
- Refund Policy: No refunds.
